Osteen Village / Osteen Pet and Feed Outlet

With input from the local Community, KTH Architects designed this 76,800 SF Feed Store and Retail Development to reflect the rural nature of the Osteen Community. The scale and massing of the 28,800 SF Feed Store was broken up with rich vintage wall murals and green walls that also aid in lessening the heat load on the structure. The Rural lifestyle and feed store concept is further conveyed with full-scaled agricultural animal topiary sculptures placed strategically around the site. The project also includes a dog park, event space able to accommodate a Farmer’s Market, children’s splash park, and walk-able retail environment for the community that is also intended to generate business for tenants.
