Clearfield County Economic Development Corporation (CCEDC) Multi- Tenant Facility

KTH Architects was involved with the construction of this new 25,000 SF single-story multi-tenant building designed for small manufacturing and start-up industries, as well as, office space for the Clearfield County Economic Development Corporation. This project also included site development at the new Clearfield County Technology Park, a former brickyard in Clearfield. The site was reborn through the efforts of the CCIDA and CCEDC and designated by the state as a Keystone Opportunity Zone, a Select Site and with Brownfield status.
