DuBois Nursing Home

KTH Architects, Inc. has worked with DuBois Nursing Home on various projects, both CCAP funded and otherwise. Full design services and construction administration and management were included under the scope of work for this CCAP conversion of an existing wing into a new 16-bed Independent Living Unit. A building addition serves increased administration needs and also acts as an attractive communal lobby space for the Independent Living Unit.
